ANNOUNCEMENTS:
The 2nd quarterly open board meeting will be held virtually on Wednesday 12/3/2025 at 6:00 pm. The meeting minutes will be posted in the OWNER'S PORTAL (PayHOA) under Documents.
- The annual block party was held on Sunday, 10/26/2025 at the south park.
- The 1st quarterly open board meeting was held on Thursday 10/2/2025 6:00 pm at the President's house with non-board members invited to attend virtually. The meeting minutes will be posted in the OWNER'S PORTAL (PayHOA) under Documents.
- The annual meeting was held on Saturday, 8/2/25 at 10:00 am at the St. Paul Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall and virtually. We had a record turnout and exceeded the quorum requirement of 23 households! Thanks to everyone who attended in-person or online and via proxies!
- Please remember it is the owners’ responsibility to maintain their property “in a manner consistent with the aesthetic standards of the neighborhood” (IETA Bylaws Exhibit “B” Rules and Regulations), so please keep your landscaping neat and tidy to comply with IETA regulations.
